In-Home Bookings & Payments

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.

This deposit is credited towards your final service balance and allows The Nurtured Home to reserve your booking and begin preparing your project.

Preparation includes:

  • Consultation

  • Reviewing your completed consult form, measurements and photos

  • Tailored organisation planning

  • Product research and sourcing

  • Custom layout and storage recommendations

  • All pre-session administration and coordination

Once your personalised plan has been prepared, you'll receive it for review. You're welcome to request reasonable changes before providing final approval.

Your product invoice will then be issued and is payable upon approval of your proposed product selections.

The remaining service balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled organising session.

Please note: As planning and preparation begin immediately after your booking is confirmed, the $150 deposit is non-refundable.

Remote Services & Payments

Full payment is required before work commences on your Remote Organising Plan or Remote Interior Styling Plan.

Once your enquiry has been reviewed, we will issue an invoice for your selected service. Work will begin once payment has been received.

Your personalised plan will be designed based on the information, measurements, photographs and other details provided by you. The Nurtured Home is not responsible for errors, omissions or inaccurate measurements supplied by the client, and any recommendations are based on the information available at the time of planning.

As each plan is custom designed specifically for your home, The Nurtured Home cannot guarantee that every recommended product, storage solution, layout or styling outcome will be suitable or achieve the intended result once implemented. Measurements and product dimensions should be independently checked by the client before purchasing or installing any recommended products.

Once your personalised plan has been completed, it will be delivered electronically to the email address provided.

Please note: As every plan is custom designed specifically for your home, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Cancellations

Should you cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests made with sufficient notice may have the deposit transferred to a new booking date.

Where a booking is cancelled prior to products being purchased, any product funds paid will be refunded in full.

Once products have been purchased on the client's behalf, these items become the property of the client and are non-refundable.

Purchased products may be used during a future rescheduled session or collected by the client should the project be cancelled.

Product Purchasing

All product recommendations are thoughtfully selected to suit the client's space, functionality needs, aesthetic, and budget.

Storage product invoices are payable at least 7–14 days prior to your scheduled organising session. This allows sufficient time for The Nurtured Home to source products, place orders where required, allow for shipping and delivery, and prepare all items in advance of your session.

Please note that products cannot be sourced or ordered until payment has been received. Delays in payment may affect product availability and/or the ability to have all items ready for your scheduled session.

Please note:

Returns and exchanges must be arranged directly with the retailer and are subject to the retailer's individual policies.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure sessions run smoothly and efficiently, clients are responsible for:
